Yoga & Meditation for Brain Health and Stress Reduction

These programs use gentle yoga and meditation to support focus, emotional well-being, and stress reduction across the lifespan.

Classes help people feel calmer, move more comfortably, and stay engaged in daily life through safe movement, breathing, and rest.

All classes are accessible, trauma-aware, and offered online or in person for individuals, families, facilities, and community organizations.

Community Integration Yoga

(Regional Center–Appropriate)

These classes support safe movement, calm focus, balance, and participation in shared spaces. Sessions are designed for mixed-ability groups and help individuals practice skills needed for community settings, routines, and group activities.

Classes encourage independence, confidence, and positive participation while respecting individual needs and comfort levels.

Chair Yoga & Gentle Movement

(Seniors, Mobility Support, and Adapted Settings)

Chair yoga offers the benefits of yoga without getting down on the floor. This option is ideal for individuals with arthritis, limited mobility, balance concerns, or physical limitations.

All movements are optional and can be done seated or with chair support, helping participants move safely and comfortably.

Kirtan Kriya Meditation

Kirtan Kriya is a short, guided meditation using sound, gentle finger movement, and visualization to support focus, mood, and stress reduction. The practice is seated and accessible for all abilities.

Offered as a wellness and mindfulness practice, not medical treatment.

Alzheimer’s Prevention & Brain-Health Workshops

Educational workshops inspired by the Four Pillars of Alzheimer’s Prevention® framework. Topics include stress management, physical movement, social connection, and guided meditation practices.
